On February 8, the atmosphere at the AMACCAO Group Headquarters was truly special as the 2025 Year-End Review and 2026 Development Orientation Program officially took place. This significant event marked a milestone for reflecting on the past journey while unveiling a strategic vision for the Group’s next phase of development. The AMACCAO Group 2025 Review and 2026 Orientation Program was held simultaneously at the main hub in Hanoi and connected online with 16 other locations nationwide, including operating factories and projects. Nearly 7,000 employees across the entire system participated in a unified timeframe, creating a comprehensive picture of the scale, cohesion, and shared spirit of the AMACCAO family.

This organizational approach clearly reflects a modern management orientation, emphasizing connectivity and synchronicity throughout the system. By looking toward a single goal, sharing information, and experiencing the event atmosphere together, geographical distances were bridged by a connection of mindset, aspiration, and shared responsibility. For AVIA, participating at the main hub carried special significance, allowing the entire staff to directly immerse themselves in the solemn, large-scale, and emotional atmosphere of the ceremony.
